Rocky Mountain Waterproofing takes Injuries and Near Misses Seriously!
If you have been involved in a work-related Injury, Near Miss, Illness it is required to fill out the following form ASAP. (Same Day as the Event)
Each Day By Leaving Any Work Location (Shop, Office, Remote Work, Etc.)
You Acknowledge that you have not personally had or been witness to a Work Related Injury or Work Related Near Miss that has not yet been reported.
Every Work Related Injury/Near Miss Must Be Reported Immediately By Phone Call and/or Text No Matter The Severity.
Forms Are Available By The Timeclock, or Here Online, And Must Be Filled Out.
